Dinner by Firelight (and Jack-o'-lantern Light!)

Earlier this evening, we moved our coffee table into the living room in front of the hearth and had a cozy dinner in front of the fire.  It was only in the 40's outside, making it a little bit too cold for our weekend dinner outside, so it made tonight's dinner by the fireplace especially inviting.  We turned off all of the lights so that only the lights of our jack-o'-lantern and fire were shining.  Grace, Jack and Eve talked and laughed and enjoyed the warm ambiance together.  It was very sweet.

OH MY GOSH !!!

This has to be one of my most very-very favorite things ever-ever!

I don't know how you come up with all of these marvelous ideas...but this one has to be one of the sweetest ever! I LOVE it so much.

How cozy and warm and just pure delightful. I can feel the love and hear the conversation and the giggles all the way here. Grace, Jack, and Eve will remember these times forever. I can see them as adults talking about how they had Saturday night dinners by camp fires, candle light, hearth light and jack-o'-lantern light! Just love your sweet little family so much.

Loving this post to the Autumn Moon and back,
Maddy
